• We work with trusted courier and logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, and other reliable shipping providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. Order Tracking

• For bulk orders or special shipping requests, please contact us.

7. Undelivered Packages

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failed delivery attempts, we may contact you for re-delivery.

• Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

8. Damaged Package

• MithlaThekua carefully packs all products to ensure safe delivery.

• If your package arrives damaged:

- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share photos/videos of the damaged package and product for verification.
